Two late goals from the visitors settled this tight game with both sides playing open football.
Unbeaten Downham forced a couple of early corners however it was the home side who created the first half chances, Ling, Danny Smith and Ransome had efforts before Bloodworth's low cross failed to find the vital touch and the same player curled his shot narrowly wide on 70 minutes.
Fram came back on the attack and ex Kings Lynn keeper McAnnall made a flying save from Ransome, before Fryatt shot over when in space. Downham then pushed forward pressing the home defence, Finn missed a chance in front of goal but it was Downham who took the lead on 85 minutes, the ball falling to Calver who swivelled and struck the ball past Lay Fulcher.
Fram were unable to break down the visitors defence and Cox made it two on 92 minutes.
